We like the shades and the delivery time was excellent. I just wish you had read my e-mail before you cut my shades. I asked if I should round the measurements up or down. As it was, all but one of them were too long. It's a good thing I have an electric grinder and was able to shorten the side pieces. I can't imagine what someone else would do if they couldn't grind them down.

I had never seen these shades before and I searched online and you had the best price. I got them very fast, and I absolutely love them. They are great in my media room. They create complete darkness without any light coming through around the top, bottom, or sides.

By far the best product I have bought for my home. I purchased the top up bottom down, and putting each section in the middle of the window makes it nearly invisible from outside. LOVE IT.

These keep the light out. We also use them in the summer to keep the summer sun and heat out of our bedroom and they seem to be working well.
The cord mechanism for moving the blinds up and down does not seem to be the most sturdy. I prefer the mechanism found on the Energy Guard 1/2 Translucent shade as it is easier to operate. On one of the two shades, the cord that holds the shade up wouldn't work and had to be sent back to the factory. Blinds Chalet and the manufacturer took care of the problem quickly and we now have the working shade back.
I really like that the side tracks are mounted with magnetic tape. It makes them easy to remove when you need to pull out a window for washing.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the window coverings and wish to return them, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the order. Our customer care department will provide a Return Authorization Number (RGA) and shipping address for the return. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping labels are not provided. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive the items (Guaranteed to Love fee is not refundable).
